Payment Plans for Editing

Flexible Monthly Payments

I offer interest-free monthly payment plans for projects booked no more than 5 months in advance. This allows you to break your total into manageable payments leading up to your project start date.

How It Works

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly payments, due on the same date each month until your project begins.

Final Payment Due

The final payment is due at the time of project submission, before final files are released.

Late or Missed Payments

Missed payments may result in loss of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit. If you anticipate an issue, please reach out — I’m happy to work with you whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 45 Days or More Before the Project Start Date

You may cancel in writing at least 45 days before the scheduled start date and receive a 100 % refund of all payments made, not including your deposit.

Cancel Within 45 Days of the Project Start Date

Cancellations received fewer than 45 days before the start date will forfeit the non-refundable deposit, and potentially any payments made to that point. If you anticipate an issue, please reach out — I’m happy to work with you whenever possible.

After Editing Has Begun

Once work has started, the deposit remains non-refundable, as do any payments made to that point. All work will be returned as-is, and potential pro-rated costs could apply, if editing has already taken place on your manuscript.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to ensure clear documentation.
